دار ابتكار للاتصالات (DI Telecom) شركة مقاولات اتصالات تأسست في سوريا، متخصصة في التنفيذ المتكامل للبنية التحتية لشبكات الجوال: بناء المواقع ونشر الشبكات، الترقية والتحديث، حلول التغطية الداخلية، تأجير فرق العمل الفنية، وتأمين البنية التحتية. Dar Ibtikar Telecom (DI Telecom) is a telecommunications contracting company established in Syria, specialized in end-to-end mobile network infrastructure: site build and rollout, upgrades and modernization, in-building solutions, technical workforce outsourcing, and infrastructure security.

ومع أننا كيان حديث التأسيس، إلا أننا لسنا وافداً جديداً على هذا المجال؛ فالشركة يؤسسها ويقودها مؤسس Diamond Inscriptions Telecom التي عملت في السعودية والمملكة المتحدة من 2012 حتى 2023، ونفذت برامج كبرى لصالح إريكسون ونوكيا وهواوي والاتصالات البريطانية. Though newly established, we are no newcomer: the company is founded and led by the founder of Diamond Inscriptions Telecom, which operated in Saudi Arabia and the UK from 2012 to 2023, delivering major programs for Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, and British Telecom.

نحمل اليوم الهوية ذاتها ونضعها في خدمة السوق السورية والإقليمية، في وقتٍ أصبحت فيه البنية التحتية للاتصالات أولوية وطنية. Today we carry that same identity into the Syrian and regional markets, at a time when telecom infrastructure is a national priority.

أول تعاقد ضمن برامج نشر GSM وتطوير الشبكة إلى الجيل الرابع لصالح STC وموبايلي: بناء مواقع بنظام تسليم المفتاح وأعمال ترقية.First engagement on GSM rollout and 4G modernization programs for STC and Mobily: turnkey site build and upgrade works.

2013

نموذج الفرق المؤجرة ومشاريع الحج وIBSTeam outsourcing, Hajj programs, and IBS

إطلاق نموذج ابتكره المؤسس: نحو 25 فريقاً ميدانياً مجهزاً بالكامل بنظام شهري. وبدء مشاريع تطوير الشبكة لمواسم الحج (حتى 2019) ودخول مجال التغطية الداخلية للمباني الضخمة.Launch of a founder-initiated model: ~25 fully equipped field teams on a monthly basis. Start of Hajj season network programs (through 2019) and entry into in-building solutions for large facilities.

2014

أول توسع دولي — البحرينFirst international expansion — Bahrain

بطلب من إريكسون: استبدال كامل لشبكة بتلكو من نوكيا إلى إريكسون خلال 6 أشهر، بالتوازي مع استمرار عمليات السعودية بكامل طاقتها.At Ericsson's request: a full Batelco network swap from Nokia to Ericsson in six months, in parallel with uninterrupted Saudi operations.

2015

نوكيا تنضم كعميل ثانٍNokia joins as a second client

برامج تنفيذ الشبكات لصالح STC وزين بنطاق مماثل لأعمال إريكسون.Network implementation programs for STC and Zain, mirroring the Ericsson scope.

2016

هواوي تكتمل بها الثلاثيةHuawei completes the trio

العمل مع الموردين العالميين الثلاثة في آن واحد — إريكسون ونوكيا وهواوي — وعلى شبكات المشغلين السعوديين الثلاثة كلهم: STC وموبايلي وزين.Working with all three global vendors simultaneously — Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei — across all three Saudi operators: STC, Mobily, and Zain.

2018

تأسيس الكيان البريطانيUK entity established

منصة تعاقد دولية في المملكة المتحدة فتحت أبواباً جديدة.An international contracting platform in the United Kingdom that opened new doors.

2020

الشراكة مع الاتصالات البريطانية BTPartnership with British Telecom

مشاريع أمن سيبراني لتأمين البنية التحتية، بتعاقد عبر الكيان البريطاني وتنفيذ داخل السعودية.Cybersecurity projects securing infrastructure, contracted through the UK entity and executed in Saudi Arabia.

2023

اختتام فصلٍ استمر أحد عشر عاماًAn eleven-year chapter concludes

انتهاء أعمال الشركة السابقة بعد أحد عشر عاماً من التنفيذ المتواصل.The previous company's operations conclude after eleven years of continuous delivery.
